“MIND OVER FAT MATTERS” Come join Dr. Lavinia Rodriguez, author of “Mind Over Fat Matters: Conquering Psychological Barriers to Weight Management” for a discussion on weight management. Dr. Rodriguez is an expert on food and weight problems.
