On Tuesday, September 14 from 4 to 7 p.m., McDonald’s will host a community “Open Doors Tour” at our Kennedy store location (4443 W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33609).
During this interactive experience, we are (literally) opening our doors and sharing our story with our friends and neighbors throughout the region. Guests will go behind-the-counter to see how McDonald’s serves up historic favorites, sample the newest menu items, and follow the path our ingredients travel from farm to table. You’ll also learn about the impact McDonald’s has on our community, through employment opportunities and training, our scholarship and local school programs, our relationship with the Ronald McDonald House Charities, and more.
With 184 locations in Tampa Bay, each and every one of our neighborhoods is in some way impacted by McDonald’s. This is your chance to take a first-hand look at local impact of an American icon, and talk to owner/operators and crew members from across the city.
All of our guests are encouraged to bring their families, as we’ll have fun and games for kids, including a special appearance by our Chief Happiness Officer, Ronald McDonald!
Seating is limited, so please reserve your spot soon. Your response is requested by Friday, September 10.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I hope you’ll be able to join us!
Thank you,
Jennifer
