Invitation to 2010 Community Health Fair

The Moffit Cancer Center will be at the health fair to do mammography screening services. This service is for the uninsured or underinsured, ages 40-49 and 65 and older, Hillsborough county residents only and no personal history of breast cancer. Applicants should call 813-745-5777 or 745-4304 to determine if they qualify. See attached flyer.
